To request for your transcript, you would need to visit exams and records in auchi Polytechnic. Please note that you will have to visit physically. Some payments would be required too.

You will have to visit the school with all your clearance documents as well as your O’level results, birth certificates and passport photographs. Visit your exams and records and you will be told what next to do.
