Step 2: Log on to the site by Clicking on Application Form.
Step 3: Choose Form Option and click Save Redirect to launch Screening Form Registration Page.
Step 4: Fill the Screening Form Registration Page and click on Submit.
Step 5: A page Invoice will appear showing your FULL NAME, REGISTRATION/APPLICATION NUMBER, DEPARTMENT, LEVEL AND AMOUNT TO PAY. CLICK ON PAY
Step 6: Insert your ATM Details (Only Master/Visa Card is advisable). Click on Make Payment
Step 7:. After making payment, Print your Receipt
