Yes you can do both but it depends on when your result comes out and when registration starts. So it would be advisable to get your all your results and certificates ready first in order not to jeopardize you chances of gaining admission

Secondly, as regards choosing KENPOLY as your third choice, i believe you will still be admitted but bear in mind that 1st and second choice candidates are given more preference. So you might want to change it to 1st or Second choice if you so wish to gain admission at KENPOLY.
