No you cannot be offered admission. Your UTME score is below 160 which is the minimum cut off mark as directed by JAMB.

Slam. sir I have NCE History Hausa credit I did regulalisation unfortunately i lost my phone and I tried to welcome back the sim but I can’t, and register for utme which I have 195 Mark.can I get 200level in history and international studies
Then, l have NCE and wanted to applied for direct entry biology education but my problem is that, my biology is Merit while they printer it Pass and they (school) have not rectify it for. Will FUGUS offer me 200level admission on that Pass????.
You will not be given admission with a PASS in Biology until it is corrected and you can reapply.

Ideally, your chances are slim. However, schools in the North tend to be a bit generous because they lack students so you might just be lucky if your post UTME score is high.

I choose Tsu as my second choice but they don’t allow me to process my post utme registration. they are telling me that my name is not on jamb list, that I should contact the administrator. what do I do to get the registration done?
TSU or FUGUS? Because you are asking question on FUGUS page? If your name isn’t on the list of candidates then it simply means you either didn’t choose the school or you made them a second choice while they accept only first choice. Go to the nearest JAMB office and complain as fast as possible. It’s not a big deal, it will be sorted in less than a two weeks
